What You’ll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Provide administrative support to management and team members.
- Coordinate communication and workflow between marketing, creative, and development departments.
- Manage schedules, team meetings, and internal communications.
- Handle office budgets, invoices, and vendor relationships.
- Support project timelines by ensuring resources and information are aligned.
- Assist with HR responsibilities, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities — comfortable engaging with marketers, designers, and developers.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, creative, or tech environments is a major plus.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- A proactive problem-solver with a “get things done” mindset.
- Overseas work experience (5+ years preferred).
