We’re a growing digital marketing agency seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Office Manager to serve as the backbone of our operations. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and development teams to ensure our projects, people, and processes stay on track.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Provide administrative support to management and team members.
  • Coordinate communication and workflow between marketing, creative, and development departments.
  • Manage schedules, team meetings, and internal communications.
  • Handle office budgets, invoices, and vendor relationships.
  • Support project timelines by ensuring resources and information are aligned.
  • Assist with HR responsibilities, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive team culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities — comfortable engaging with marketers, designers, and developers.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, creative, or tech environments is a major plus.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a “get things done” mindset.
  • Overseas work experience (5+ years preferred).
