Job description for HR Manager at C Channel
- Nurture and grow a positive culture in a mission-driven, diverse, and virtual organization.
- Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to managers and employees with a specific focus on employee support, coaching, performance, and career development.
- Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and practices to promote an a great place to work environment.
- Oversee and support managers to implement a performance management system that promotes ongoing feedback and drives high performance.
- Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding to ensure a great people experience during our people lifecycle in the organization.
- Crunch numbers in our people data to get insights for our people strategy.
- A minimum of five years experience in HR managerial or strategic position.
- A strong talent and team manager, coach, and talent developer in a remote work environment.
- Experienced implementing performance management systems.
