Job description for HR Intern at PT Karoten Asia Pasifik
- Assist manage internal communication projects
- Update and maintain internal databases (e.g. personnel record, attendance, record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR related documents, meeting time and request
- Participate in HR project and implementation
- Assist in measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements
- Assist in Employment Branding matters
- Responsible for purchasing items (including finding and contacting a vendor)
- Responsible for daily administration of assets on Carrot Academy
- PIC and record the stock of goods in and out of the office
- Understand and maintaining QC Carrot Academy equipment
- Continuous improvement

- Understand About HR Process
- Adept problem solver and decision-maker
- Team-player, active communication and detail-oriented
- Respectful of deadlines
- Knowledge in HR progress, KPI, BPJS, Payroll and Recruitment is a plus
- Technological Literacy (MS, Google Workplace, and any additional programs is a plus)
- Working hours : Monday - Saturday, 09.00 - 18.00
