- Recruitment : Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Compensation & Benefits : Submit payroll, handling BPJS Kes & BPJSTK

- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
- Have working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspaces
