Job description for HR/GA Supervisor at Hyde Living
- Oversee daily operations of the HR Department (specially in Recruitment and HR Administration)
- Implement employee performance review procedures
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives (both skills and career) for all employee
- Develop fair HR Policies and ensure employee understand and comply with them
- Create, refresh and develop annually on employee retention & engagement program
- Review annually on Employee Job Competency with CEO
- Maintaining the office by ensuring office working systems are all operating properly
- Responsible for providing the office needs.
- Responsible for Legal Documents of Company
- Proven work experience Minimal. 5 years as a HR Executive, HR Supervisor, similar role
- Having Bachelor/Master Degree on HR or Psychology
- Understand well on all Government Rules regarding Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja, UU Ketenagakerjaan, etc.) and can implement/applied it in Company Policy.
- Good understanding of HR issues and employment law
- Supervisory ability to drive the organization’s HR
- High integrity and honesty in all dealings
- Good analytical, interpersonal, organizational ,communication skill and project management skill
