Job description for HR / GA Generalist at Alamii Food
- Help with onboarding new employees and equipping them with necessary information and equipment
- Responsible for Payroll & benefits processing
- Conduct Talent Acquisition process requirements, sourcing, screening, and offering.
- Work with founders to create job leveling
- Help with designing and organizing regular performance reviews
- Help organize training & development initiatives
- Work with vendor to implement HRIS system and ensure HRIS is well utilized by all employees
- Act as first touchpoint for day-to-day employees’ needs and questions related to HR
- Take full ownership of employees data, attendance management, contracts, etc
- Increase employee satisfaction by organizing team building activities and implementing new benefits/perks
- Assist in development and implementation of company policies that are compliant with labor regulations
- Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and cleanliness to ensure a conducive work environment
- Assist founders in the design and implementation of company culture
- Assist in creating a high-performance, collaborative, and fun work environment
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Business Management, Human resources, or related field, from a reputable university
- 2-3 years of experience working as a generalist HR with a good understanding of HR operations, (such as payroll, BPJS, recruitment process), and employment/labor laws.
- Highly adaptable and can work effectively in startup environment
- Highly organized, with excellent communication skill
- Excellent interpersonal skill and genuine interest in building relationship with others
- Familiarity in Talenta HRIS is a plus
- Able to work-from-office at Jakarta Barat
