Requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- Have experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Experience using spreadsheet
- Comfortable with Google platform (google drive, calendars, documents)
- Strong organizational and administration skill
- Able to work with team
- Proficiency English language. Good both in written and verbal
- Confidentiality and a respect for the sensitive nature of data
- Placement in Yogyakarta
Responsibilities :
- Support day-to-day activities of our human resources process
- Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, allowance and leaves
- Collaborate with the User to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
- General administrative tasks
