We are looking for a highly motivated HR and Admin Executive to join our team.
This position reports to the Senior HR and Admin Executive and interfaces with finance, operations and wholesale teams.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the following:
1. HR administrative duties
2. Office administrative duties
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Checking operations staff attendance and leaves application
2. Manage interviews for hiring managers
3. Preparing new hires orientation and exit clearance
4. Work passes applications
5. Submission of grants/claims such as GRT and training claims
1. Manage uniforms and name tags for new hires
1. Training in creating new hire and leave management in HR information system
2. Training in activating employees on time management system and reports
3. Orientation of new hires and exit clearance of left service
4. Application of work passes on MOM portal (WPOL and EPOL)
5. Training on recruitment, fulfilling headcount in various departments
6. Government grants application eg PSG grants
