Job description for HR Admin at Rombak Media
- Maintain current employee's files and databases, and assists with administrative processes according to the regulations requiring the company responsible for the implementation of employee attendance, turnober management and other daily work
- Support budgeting and bookeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases related to employee bnefits (BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS TK)
- Minimum 1 year experience in administration related
- Strong interperdonal and communication skills, both written and orally
- Outstanding analytical and problem -solving abilities as well as great attention to detail
- High level of integrity and discretuion to maintain confidentiality
