• Work on various functions of HR and Admin, specializing in Recruitment and Admin job
• Source and screen potential candidates from various channels; post vacancies on job portals and social networks.
• Reach out to candidates to introduce about vacancies and arrange interviews; manage hiring database and maintain network with potential candidates.
• Update internal databases with new hire information, employee porfolio.
• Support register for Work Permit, Residence card, Driver License for foreigners.
• Do receptionist’s duties: guest welcoming, phone direction, mails delivery, office supplies, air-ticket booking, hotel reservation when receptionist is out of office;
• Supervise driver & cleaner’s job;
• Control company equipment (laptop, PC, assets);
• Act as contact point with building/admin suppliers for solving arising issues, if any;
• Follow up expats’ house leasing & renewal contract, home services;
• Organize company trip, internal in-house or off-site events (Xmas, Year-end, birthday, celebration…)
• Another tasks assigned by Leader/Manager
At least 2 years working experience at the same position, strong recruitment skill
Good communication skills (both English and Vietnamese)
Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
Organized mind, orderly, detail & result focus, flexibility
