Job description for Host Live Streaming at PT Emna Mutiara Indonesia
We are searching for a committed, entertaining, full of energy live streaming host to join our marketing team. The live streaming host will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include handling customer service, act as talent for content, contributing ideas and initiatives for marketplace promotion, participating in meetings, and assisting the marketing department wherever possible. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surabaya for a live streaming host. As a Live Streaming Host, you will be responsible for hosting product presentations on different marketplace platforms, engaging with consumers, providing insights on the quality and benefits of the products, and creating excitement around the availability of high-quality imports.
Qualifications
- Prior experience presenting and hosting online broadcasts and live streams
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to engage with a wide audience and create excitement around products
- High school diploma or college graduated
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Fluent in Indonesian languages both written and verbal
- Full of energy, engaging, funny, and overall entertaining person to watch is a plus
- Willingness and flexibility to work on weekends and evenings, as required by different platforms and products
- Willing to have 3 months of Probation
Responsibilities
- Engage in live streaming sessions, creating entertaining and engaging content for the audience
- Master the knowledge of company’s product to be promote in the live streaming
- Interact with viewers during live streams by responding to comments, answering questions, and incorporating audience suggestions
- Able to identify hot topics and the latest trends in the country to capture on the live stream platform
- Continuously analyze live streaming performance metrics, such as viewership, engagement, and user feedback, and make adjustments to improve content quality and viewership
- Help digital marketing team to create promotional contents through videos or photos
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and conversion through live streaming by effectively promoting products or services, incorporating persuasive techniques, and utilizing calls-to-action during live streams
