Job description for Helpdesk Support at PT Nusantara Compnet Integrator
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Menerima semua notifikasi panggilan terkait IT support (insiden & permintaan layanan)
- Mencatat semua notifikasi panggilan pada software yang disediakan
- Mengklasifikasi insiden, user yang terdampak, sistem, hardware atau software
- Melakukan prioritasi insiden untuk eskalasi yang efektif
- Melakukan trobleshooting berdasarkan best practice
- Bertindak sebagai 1st level support, yang dilaporkan oleh user melalui remote support
- Melakukan Onsite Support ke lokasi User
- Melakukan eskalasi ke 2nd level support dan Vendor
- Melakukan monitoring ticket insiden untuk menjaga SLA
- Mengelola komunikasi yang konsisten terhadap pihak-pihak yang terdampak dengan insiden
- Melaksanaan deployment/instalasi unit baru
- Mengelola IT Asset
- Melakukan update Patch/Security
- Membuat tips & trick untuk menyelesaikan problem yang berada di user
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan D3/S1 jurusan IT/Teknik Komputer/Sistem Informasi/ Teknik Telekomunikasi
- Berpengalaman sebagai helpdesk dan onsite engineer minimal 2 tahun
- Menguasai aplikasi MS Office, Operationg system dan aplikasi office lainnya
- Menguasai sistem kerja Operating System Windows (menguasai Linux atau Mac menjadi nilai tambah)
- Menguasai dasar-dasar networking
- Menguasai troubleshooting PC, Notobook, Printer (hardware atau software)
- Tertib dan rapi administrasi
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Penempatan kerja: BSD
