Job description for Head of Sales (Real Estate) at Nuanu Real Estate

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize market opportunities.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Support complex negotiations and oversee high-value transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in residential property development, real estate brokerage, or property sales in Bali is highly beneficial.
  • Extensive network within the real estate industry and experience working with high-net-worth clients is an advantage.
  • Real estate license is a plus.
  • Willing to be based at Nuanu Creative City, Bali.
