WE'RE HIRING | YOUR HOST BALI Head of Revenue & Expansion Bali, Indonesia (On-site) Your Host Bali is a premium villa management company operating across Bali's top destinations. We're growing fast and looking for a driven, commercially sharp Head of Revenue & Expansion to lead our growth strategy. We are seeking a commercially driven, results-oriented professional to lead our revenue strategy, expand our villa portfolio, and build the partnerships that will take Your Host Bali to the next level. ────────────────────── KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Revenue & Booking Performance • Drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR across all managed villas • Build and scale direct booking channels (website, WhatsApp, repeat guests) • Reduce OTA dependency while maximising platform performance on Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda & Expedia • Implement dynamic pricing and revenue management tools Owner Acquisition & Portfolio Growth • Source and onboard new villa owners into our management programme • Deliver compelling commercial proposals and presentations • Manage a structured sales pipeline and build trust with investors, developers, and brokers Partnerships & Sales Channels • Build strategic partnerships with travel agents, wedding planners, corporate retreat organisers, concierge companies, influencers, and relocation agencies • Develop a seasonal promotions calendar and upsell strategy (transfers, private chefs, tours, events) Reporting & Commercial Oversight • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports: occupancy %, ADR, revenue by villa, direct booking %, new owner leads, and marketing ROI • Collaborate with the marketing team on conversion-focused campaigns Team Leadership • Lead and develop the reservations, sales, and growth team • Build a strong sales culture and coach staff on conversion and guest journey────────────────────── YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU HAVE: • 3–5+ years in a revenue, commercial, or sales leadership role • Experience in hospitality, property management, or OTA platforms • Strong understanding of Bali's villa rental market (a big plus) • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in dynamic pricing tools • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus) ────────────────────── HOW TO APPLY Send your CV and a short intro to: [your hiring email] Subject line: Head of Revenue & Expansion – [Your Name] Applications close: 30 June 2026
