Job description for Head of Product Marketing at Forest Interactive
What You Are Good At:
- At least 5 years of experience in dealing with Telco's and Content Providers
- Knowledge in Value-Added-Service (VAS)
- High interpersonal and account management/business development ability
- Existing relationship with the people from the industry
- Highly motivated, sales oriented, self-starter with ability to work independently and a creative thinker able to nurture customer relationships and understand client's needs
What You Will Do:
- To conduct in depth market research on popular Digital Payment Services and Value- Added-Service for Mobile Industry in multiple countries.
- To quickly understand the products related to DVP, Wallet-codes.com, DSDP and other internal products from the current product team.
- To sync-in with all Country Managers on the status of the product above and understand how you could support in Product Marketing and presentations.
- To prepare Services' Flow and customised pitch decks for services proposed to partners/clients.
- To have interaction and support with internal Creative Team and Technical Team in Malaysia (HQ)
- To work closely with Media Buying team on conducting A/B testing, and profiling potential buyers and maintaining retention.
- To work closely with Corp PR team to ensure consistent communication messages is scheduled out, and to build social media/email following across multiple channels.
- To negotiate with new partners on current product offerings from supplier/partner, explore discounts as well as product bundling between supplier/partner/telco.
- Prepare and present KPI achievement on monthly achievements to the management team.
- To prepare a detailed strategy based on all the findings above, and to work closely with the CEO on target markets, media budgets and KPI’s.
