As a Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the company, coordinating customer service operations, ensure customer retention, managing timetables. This role is suitable for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a team and has strong communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Implementing efficient processes and standards
- Coordinating customer service operations and ensuring customer retention
- Overseeing daily operations
- Scheduling classes, managing timetables, teacher and staff workload
- Supervising purchases, managing stock levels of supplies, placing orders
- Equipment monitoring and facility maintenance
- Daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- 2-3+ years of experience working in a similar role
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- Good with numbers, attentive to details
- Outstanding communicator, team player
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Experience working at school would be a strong advantage
