Job description for Head of Marketplace at Glints
- Defining the local marketplace strategy & roadmap to win the market
- Building the value creation process from marketing, sales to operations (demand generation, supply generation, liquidity optimization, user experience, and many more)
- Hiring & grooming team members to execute your strategy
- Working with the Country Manager to provide a relevant talent pool and align with the commercial/recruitment business roadmap
- Work with the central product team to localize the local marketplace strategy & roadmap
- 5-8 years of experience in developing and executing product or growth strategies (optimizing for either product-market-fit or product-channel-fit) to drive business outcomes in the local market
- Proven experience in building and leading a cross-functional team (marketing, sales, operation) to deliver outcomes
- Do business process improvement through strategic operation initiatives
- Ability to work with key stakeholders within or outside the organization to drive strategic initiatives to boost growth
- Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Experience in building business line/product line from 0 to 10 is a plus
- Proven experience in shaping and implementing a business strategy is a plus
