1. Promote our products and services during events and campaign
2. Initiate research, development, and implementation of new marketing programs, including direct mail, corporate sales, social media marketing, conventions, workshops, advertisements, sales tools and other initiatives
3. Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
4. Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives.
5. Maximize brand value through the development of ancillary revenue streams and new opportunities.
6. Ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to brand identity; conduct ongoing brand management.
7. Work with creative staff and other department heads to produce marketing collateral in accordance with brand messages.
8. Develop marketing plans within budget requirements.
9. Collaborate with all departments to identify internal and external customer needs.
10. Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.
11. Monitor, evaluate, and report on similar industry activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered
12. Track ROI for marketing campaigns
13. Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics
14. Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries
15. Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
15. Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Manager/Supervisor or similar role
- Hands-on experience with web content management tools
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
- Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Preferred from retail fashion, skincare or beauty product industry
