Ensure a proper process of organization development that addresses issues of organization design, performance and reward management, succession planning, employee retention, and change management.
Ensure Competitive Compensation and Benefits structures which are aligned to regulation and company vision, missions, and values and Excellence Compensation and Benefit Administration
Fulfillment of manpower needs within the organization (on agreed quality, quantity and timeline).
Ensure competent work force and development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance
Ensure productive and mutually beneficial employer-employee relationship, comply to the regulation.
Compliance of HR practices towards corporate and government regulations and policies.

Integrated and well updated HR Information.
Formal Education : Minimum of Bachelor Degree (in Human Resources / Business / Organization Development preferred)
Work Experience : Minimum of 8 years progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
Specific Requirement : broad knowledge in employment law & regulations, compensation & benefit, organizational development, employee/industrial relations, and learning & development.
Enabler Skill : Good interpersonal and coaching skills, good managerial and leadership skills, good oral & written communication skills
Mandatory Training : HR management certification
Willing to work under contract employment and able to join immediately
