Job description for Head of Digital Marketing and Promotion at PT. Sukses Sejati Internasional
- Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of work experience in a marketing role in the FMCG industry is a plus
- Proven experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Having experince as Brand Executive/ Promotion at least 2 year (preferable feom FMCG/F&B Category) is a plus
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Understanding about trade promotion
- Excellent in data analysis, compiling data into comprehensive report
- Good Communication ,creative, hardworking and well organized
- Strong personality and problem solver
- Easy to adapt and good to work as a team
- Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies
- Set, monitor, and report on the team’s KPI & goals
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (in all Social media point events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
- Craft strategies for all Marketing, Advertising, Communications, and Creative
- Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies
- Managing, and evaluating marketing campaigns
- Directing social media engagement strategy
- Collaborating with all departments
- Coordinate marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and sales
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
- Supervise the management of Social media, KOL , and design team.
