- Lead Business Development & Commercial Dept. in strategies and campaigns and ensure the programs are aligned with the business objectives
- Build efficient sales operations to successfully acquire, activate, retain key partners and ensure the seamless customer experience
- Responsible for budget planning and sales forecasting, Ecommerce P&L, and GMV performance
- Build and maintain good relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with all team members and stakeholders to define and refine commercial strategy
- Deal with clients and brand principals to maintain relationship and acquire new clients
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce industry
- Ability to innovate, develop new strategies, and drive creativity and innovation
- Strong skills in sales (B2B &B2C) and communication
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in commercial within e-commerce industry
- Ability to adapt and possess excellent relationship building skills
- Excellent ability to prioritize and communicate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to deliver exceptional results while working on several projects at the same time
- Excellent communicator who is able to lead and influence others
