Job description for Head Chef at BIENSI Leisure & Recreation F&B

  • Minimal Diploma (D3) di bidang Tata Boga atau bidang terkait
  • Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di kitchen komersial, dengan setidaknya 1 tahun di posisi pengawas (Supervisor/Chef de Partie) di restoran.
  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di restoran Sunda atau masakan tradisional Indonesia.
  • Pengetahuan mendalam tentang masakan Sunda, bahan baku, dan teknik memasak tradisional (misalnya, pepes, nasi timbel, sayur asem, sambal terasi).
  • Kemampuan mengelola operasional kitchen (persiapan, produksi, kebersihan, alur kerja).
  • Pemahaman tentang kontrol biaya makanan (food cost) dan manajemen inventaris kitchen.
  • Pengetahuan tentang standar keamanan pangan dan sanitasi (HACCP/BPOM).
  • Mampu mengoperasikan peralatan kitchen profesional.
