Job description for Head Chef (Central Kitchen di Singosari) at Ayam Goreng Malabar

 1.⁠ ⁠Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Tata Boga, D3/S1 lebih diutamakan.

 2.⁠ ⁠Pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun sebagai Head Chef atau Supervisor Kitchen.

 3.⁠ ⁠Memahami food cost, recipe costing, dan pengendalian bahan baku.

 4.⁠ ⁠Mampu menyusun SOP produksi dan standar resep.

 5.⁠ ⁠Menguasai manajemen tim dapur minimal 10 orang.

 6.⁠ ⁠Memahami HACCP, GMP, dan sanitasi pangan.

 7.⁠ ⁠Mampu menyusun jadwal kerja dan target produksi.

 8.⁠ ⁠Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan problem solving yang baik.

 9.⁠ ⁠Terbiasa bekerja dengan sistem target dan deadline.

10.⁠ ⁠memiliki sertifikat pendukung
