Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan and direct better execution and optimization of targeting, creative, media, and budget allocation to maximize results
- Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns across social media platforms and drive content creation as part of the marketing funnel
- Coordinate campaign timings, content and delivery with owners of other active channels (eg organic social, PR, paid social, retention)
- Establish workflows for managing campaigns, and ensure timely deployment, budget delivery and performance
- Monitor and consistently improve campaign health metrics and ROI and analyse campaign performance for better optimization in strategies
- Ensure that all key stakeholders are abreast of campaign performance, metrics and next steps
- Plan, build and execute a cohesive strategy that drives sign-up users, and engages them at positive ROI
- Work collaboratively across teams to provide strategy and inputs to drive business conversion
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant B2C marketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, goal and performance-driven and comfortable to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experienced in as well as using CRM and other marketing tools. Prior experience using Hubspot is a plus
- Process-oriented thinking with strong problem-solving skills and a creative mind that loves to solve challenges
- Demonstrates ability to be resourceful in the face of obstacles through proactive problem-solving
- Enthusiasm for the work that you do, and the ability to execute your plan to various stakeholders in ways that are actionable
