We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager - Malaysia Market to join our Growth team, to ensure Glints Marketplace to become #1 Talent Marketplace in Malaysia.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You will be focused to drive user growth to boost our marketplace traction and co-shaping our marketplace positioning in the Malaysia market based on our target audience & business needs.
- You will be focused to iterate a growth process with multiple teams to build an execution and experiment practice within the growth function.
- Grow our platform user base (job seekers)
- Maintain and improve our cost-efficiency overtime
- Build and shape internal acquisition process by working with other marketing functions and product team
- Find short-term opportunities to help business growth (growth hacking)

Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience handling user growth including growth hacking experience
- Experienced handling 1-2 marketing acquisition channel
- Proficiency in analytical skills to gather insight and provide actionable recommendations to improve platform performance
- Entrepreneurial experience (building product from 0 to 1) is a plus
- Proficiency in SQL is a plus
