Job description for Growth Lead at BlockOffice
Who are we
A start-up invested by top executives and Tier1 VC funds, is looking for a passionate, user-centred UI/UX Designer to join a collaborative and innovative team to create visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment.
This is a company that is venture-backed run by ex-founders with angel investors that are founders of unicorns/decacorns, senior executives from Temasek as well as GPs of VC funds.
With Singapore as the headquarter, the company will be building next-generation accounting software as well as provide back-office services for APAC HQ companies, including web3 companies as well.
Your role
As a Growth Lead, you will be part of a highly motivated team focussed on new account acquisition – you will the master of lead gen, enjoy attending events and networking opportunities and most importantly, growth in yourself.
The Growth Lead report to the founder and requires a motivated self-starter to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate should have a winning attitude and know how to prospect and open doors deep within leads.
A generous package which includes, significant base, commission and ESOP is on offer for the right candidate.
What you will love doing
· Develop and execute sales strategies to acquired new business accounts
· Growth our client base, drive new business and build close and trusted relationships with clients
· Establish and build business relationships, effectively communicating BlockOffice proposition to potential clients.
· Understand client’s requirements and represent BlockOffice as a strategic partner to them.
· Successfully meet sales revenue goals and maintain growth in sales activity month over month
· Proactively maintain account plans, systems, and tools with pipeline activity.

· Strong experience in new business acquisitions and selling to clients
· Go-getter – Once you have a goal, there’s no stopping you
· Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
· University degree with 2-5 years full-time working experience, preferably in Strategic Partnerships / Business Development / Client & Project Management
