Job Description
Responsible for leading and overseeing the efforts of the design team, ensuring adherence to goals and deadlines:
- Ensure tasks are delivered on time
- Knowledgeable in design softwares & rules to guide the team
- Constantly keep up to date and analyze the requirements of each marketplace (ie. banner dimensions, type of banners, sharing Shopee/Lazada seasonal seller kits etc)
- Effectively communicate work processes and work related matters between management and designers
- Maintain up-to-date reports and files of designers’ work
- Be a mentor and train new designers
Ideal Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Graphic Design experience
- Have a passion for online Commerce (online shopping, social networks and Ecommerce trends)
- Knowledgeable and familiar with project management tools like Wrike to assign & delegate tasks
- Fluent in English
- Proven graphic designing experience
- Required skill(s): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
- Have strong attention to details
- Able to multitask, work in the fast-paced and meet challenging deadlines
- Able to work with a remote team
