We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team
What You’ll Do:
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials—including presentations, internal communications, and marketing assets.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within established brand guidelines.
• Develop concepts by hand or with software, creating original visuals through effective use of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
• Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials.
• Ensure all designs meet brand expectations, clearly express key ideas, and appropriately represent the company or client.
• Work on diverse projects and media using various software programs to produce innovative, goal-oriented designs.
• Maintain organized internal databases for design files, photography, and videos.
• Any related adhoc duties
What You Bring:
• Exceptional creativity, design flair, and attention to detail.
• 5+ years of academic and professional experience using design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to thrive under tight deadlines.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to continuously build on your skills.
Bonus Points For:
• 3+ years in a professional design role, ideally within a creative or marketing agency.
• Diploma in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of 3D software or motion design tools.
• Experience with photography and photo-editing.
