We work closely with healthcare professionals, regulators, industry associations, and strategic partners to create meaningful impact at scale.

We are looking for a highly motivated Government Relations Officer to strengthen our engagement with government stakeholders and support our expansion across Indonesia and beyond.

Position: Government Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant government agencies, ministries, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate regulatory developments that may impact the company's operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Support licensing, permit applications, regulatory submissions, and compliance-related activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and official correspondence with government stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at government forums, public consultations, industry events, and policy discussions.
  • Develop stakeholder mapping and engagement strategies to support business objectives.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, position papers, and policy updates for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations on regulatory and public affairs matters.
  • Identify opportunities for public-private partnerships, grants, and government-supported programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, International Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in government relations, public affairs, regulatory affairs, public policy, corporate communications, or a related function.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesia's regulatory and government landscape.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience interacting with ministries, government agencies, regulators, or industry associations is highly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, technology, consumer goods, or highly regulated industries is a plus.
