Your Role and Responsibilities
As a back-end developer, you will work in a full functional team to build practical features to our world class payment system solutions. You will be involved in product designing, engineering, and ensuring the stability of back-end services on test environment and production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in IT / System Information or relevant major.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in open-source programming language skills : Golang (as mandatory) and knowledge of any of the following other languages is a bonus (Java, Pytton)
- Experience in using RDBMS, knowledge of query performance optimization.
- Ability to do Data Analysis, Data collection and synthesis of that data into reports
- Strong operations skills with the ability to define process improvements
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills
