FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVEs (FBOs):
As a Marketing Manager, your main mission will be to build and enhance our company brand in order to achieve its business and marketing objectives. You will do so by supporting with marketing planning and execution of that same plan.
You will own and activate our Brand’s digital and social strategy across owned and earned channels. Your responsibilities will include crafting and executing a social media communication strategy, implementing community engagement initiatives and weaving existing marketing campaigns & initiatives into our social communication, and social media plan in order to make sure the online brand coverage with proper brand communication.
You will also be in charge of offline activities implementation to generate the brand engagement and brand advocacy among customers. Through that, support sales to generate the leads and conversion.

Coordinate and monitor the execution of Agencies (wherever applicable) and internal teams to deliver on the plan on time and with good quality.
Monitor KPIs that provide insights on how to develop content that resonates with target audience.
Optimize content and channels for reach and engagement by uncovering insights and developing actionable recommendations based on performance. Provide regular updates on performance.
Assist with the planning for the offline marketing activities’ calendar and assume hands on execution to achieve the results intended.
Coordinate with internal teams to execute on necessary collaterals to support the offline activities by social media plan. Ensure the alignment of all execution with existing regional brand guidelines.
Work with Agencies and Creative Team to create the design and production to make our event outstanding and compelling, align with brand spirit and equity. Make sure brand image is consistent in all touch points from online to offline merchandising in activation/offline activities.
Complete all routine administrative functions (e.g. reports, plans, etc.) in an accurate and timely fashion
Strive to establish a symbiotic work relationship with other Marketing and Business Functions (i.e. supporting team members, providing coaching, identifying opportunities to contribute to cross-functional initiatives).
Stay ahead of issues through ongoing engagement with key partners in the organization (Marketing, Sales, HR).
Participate in regular Sales & Marketing calls & meetings and contribute with your perspectives.
Contribute to team culture by sharing ideas to improve marketing campaigns, customer targeting and effectiveness of consumer targeting.
