Responsibilities
Train, and supervise front desk staff to ensure top tier service.
Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain high satisfaction ratings.
Oversee check-ins, check-outs, and billing accuracy.
Ensure the lobby and front desk meet all brand and safety standards
Speaking English is Mandatory.
Profile
Min. 2 years in hospitality management or a similar front-of-house role.
Degree in Hospitality, Business, or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS) and MS Office.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
