Requirement:
Have experience in General Affair at least 1-3 Years
Have a Communication Skill
Teamwork Player & Positive Attitude
Honest, Discipline, and Hard worker
Good at operating computer’s system, such as : Word & Excel Program, Power Point & Internet
Good command of English.
Willing to work in Jakarta (TCC Tower One Batavia)
Job Description:
Controlling, monitoring and coordinate with related external parties (building management, vendor, etc)
Prepare application for work, maintenance and any permit, Police Registration and other supporting documents
Maintaining the office by ensuring office working systems are all operating properly (, computer, work desks, chairs, stationery needs, etc.) and dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner
Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, business and personal contacts, potential vendors and relations, and cleaning and office services
Keeping records of office assets (workstation labels, desktops labels, etc, assets tagging)
Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions
