Job description for General Affair/IT Staff (Night Shift) at PT. Dachin Etech Global
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor office/warehouse security during night shift (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
- Conduct routine checks on electricity, internet, server room, air conditioning, and backup systems.
- Monitor UPS, genset, and basic facility infrastructure.
- Monitor network stability (LAN/WiFi, internet connection).
- Provide basic troubleshooting for PC, printer, CCTV, and networking issues.
- Support user login/access issues (email, system access, shared folders).
- Ensure compliance with internal safety and security SOP.
- Prepare night shift summary report.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 3 years experience in General Affair, IT Support, or Infrastructure Monitoring (Night Shift experience is a plus).
- Willing to be placed at Cikarang Pusat and can join imnmediately.
- Have an intermediate English skill to communicate.
- Able to work night shift (including weekend if required).
- Basic knowledge of Network (LAN, Router, Access Point), CCTV & Access Control System, basic hardware troubleshooting
- Strong sense of responsibility and alertness.
- Fast response and able to handle emergency situations calmly.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
