Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any degree (IT is preferred)
- Maximum 35 years old.
- At least 1 years experience in the field of General Affairs
- Having experience working in a IT Company
- Strong character, multitasking person and able to work under pressure, possess good human relations, interpersonal and communication skill
- Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines, work with high speed & high accuracy level
- Mature, pleasant personality, analytical, good communication, hard-working, independent & able to fulfill the target within less supervision
- Willing to work during weekend and after office hour if needed
Job Description
- Bertanggung jawab untuk memelihara data aset perusahaan, manajemen aset, izin bangunan
- Berkomunikasi dan menjalin hubungan dengan pihak terkait baik internal maupun eksternal terkait dengan general affair
- Bertanggung jawab untuk mendata dan memperbaharui data aset dalam sistem
- Bertanggung jawab untuk proses pembelian aset ataupun barang ataupun peripheral yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan
- Mampu untuk mengikuti segala prosedur standard yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan
- Memperbaiki kerusakan - kerusakan minor seperti pada laptop atau peralatan dan apabila diperlukan untuk dapat membawa nya ke tempat service
- mendukung kegiatan operasional perusahaan melalui pengadaan barang dan jasa yang dibutuhkan
- melakukan koordinasi dengan departemen lain untuk mengetahui Kebutuhan mereka serta merencanakan anggaran pengadaan barang atau jasa beserta biaya pemeliharaannya.
- Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, business and personal contacts, potential vendors and relations, and cleaning and house keeping services;
- Updating and implementing all necessary policies and improving policies and procedures related to logistics, as needed;
- Any other relevant responsibilities, as requested by Finance and Human Resources Manager
