Taking a part in the Future Leader Program and you are part of the key to PT. SG Batavia’s growth through a number of deals you and your team closes on a monthly basis. You are responsible for the organization and implementation of all processes needed and the team's execution to maximize sales output of their teams. As one of our candidate, you will be following your team and in the future you will also lead. Your success will be a team and individual metric of success.

You will need to prospect new investors, coach them, and assist them in their day-to-day trade transactions.
• You will need to be the go-to-person for your team members, helping them to overcome many hurdles they develop in people's investment. We do this by using Financial analytics and technology to empower TOP 3 Investment Products by connecting investors to markets without any challenges along the way. What a day at work for you will look like :
• You will need to prospect new investors, coach them, and assist them in their day-to-day trade transactions.
• You will need to hire, onboard, train, and coach no only individual team members, but also groups/teams, as well as the leaders on various skills, such as communication, tools & processes, and pitching skills to become top performers, including day-to-day supervision and guidance in the field.
• You will need to foster a culture of teamwork, knowledge, and ambition within your team.
• You will need to ensure all team members are continuously on track to hit their target by monitoring their individual performance against business goals and metrics using our system
Is this you ?
• Holds a University Degree from good Indonesian or Foreign University
• Enthusiast in selling, relationship management, or meeting customers in any other way. Have passion in leadership to handle 5-10 people in the team
• Knowledge of Investment Market is beneficial (but not required), experience is a definite plus
• Have a good command of English Language, as well as being fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
• Have a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, are able to work under pressure and with target
• Proactive, Self-Motivated and have desire to learn
• You are persuasive and customer centrist
• Attention to detail
• Well Organized & Structured working style
• Working side by side with others and able to put team priorities above individual
