CROWDE is growing fast! Calling all Fullstack Engineer - are you passionate techie who will elevate the wildest dream at agriculture? You could be our next team to help farmers take better agri-decisions based on combined data.
We are looking for :
- Loves Programming and challenging on agriculture.
- Someone who enjoys collaboration, knowledge sharing, supporting and helping.
- Positive attitude and passionate, help grow the business and foster the right engineering culture.
- Great communicator, quick learner and ability to work under pressure.
- Able to contribute to end-to-end i.e. design, development, and support.
- Able to multitask and work on con-current projects.
- Deliver code in an agile team environment.
Requirements :
- 1+ Year experience with designing, implementing, and supporting Web Service
- 1+ Year experience developing data process.
- Proficient fluent in Native Android, CSS, Javascript, AngularJS, ReactJS, VueJS, PHP, Rest Api, Nodejs.
- Preferably familiar with markerplace, point of sales, or peer to peer industry.
- Experience with large databases, preferably Cassandra/MySQL
- Experience with NOSQL databases and related implementaions
- Knowledge of modern development principles and best practices (SOLID Principle, unit testing, Object Oriented Programming, and Design Patterns)

We prioritize education for farmers in terms of technology and financial management, which are the main problems for farmers in developing their businesses. We choose to make education our priority because it is essential in equipping farmers with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to become agropreneur. Besides, we also collaborate with farmer-owned stores and off-takers throughout Indonesia to build a zero cash society, so that farmers no longer have to receive working capital in cash.
PURPOSE-Why We Do
Agriculture is the backbone of the nation. Supporting the lives of 41% of the nation's workforce. But it also the one facing the danger of obsolescence, the number of farmers is decreasing 10% every year because we left them unempowered. While we're busy innovating on the latest technology, they're still thinking about what to eat tomorrow. Besides that, Agriculture in Indonesia is also an industry with one of the highest poverty rate for its worker which is 39% of the farmers are under the poverty line.
So, how can we use technology to create a solution that can be easily adopted, solving their pain points, and enhance the overall farming process? VISION As a platform that understands farmers best, we have a noble notion of establishing a sustainable agricultural ecosystem by bringing together farmers and numerous agricultural parties who can facilitate the farming projects so that by 2045, we will have achieved our goal to create a sustainable ecosystem that will become Indonesia’s primary food producer. We aim to revolutionize Indonesia farmers and the agricultural sector in Indonesia with the spirit of cooperation
