About the role
As an early developer at Reebelo you will have the opportunity to collaborate on the creation of a full fledged, scalable marketplace from scratch. You will act as a lead for all front end topics, working closely with your fellow back-end colleagues. Moreover you will work hands-on with our Head of Software Development, and since he enjoys teaching, you will quickly gain skills and responsibilities as the team and the technical requirements grow. You are the link between design and engineering. You understand an engineer’s pattern thinking to systematizing designs and have a designer's eye for fit and finish. You are a self-starter who brings original ideas and fresh approaches to each project they work on. You are responsive, flexible, and thrive in collaborative work environments. You are passionate about products and design, and love building solutions which solve problems for end users.
Your know everything there is to know about :
● Web Standards (HTML5, CSS3 [transitions, animations, behaviors])
● CSS Compilation & Frameworks (SASS, Webpack, Bootstrap)
● ARIA & accessibility best practices
● JavaScript, TypeScript (core and frameworks/libraries such as React.js)
● Automated Testing, Continuous Integration, Visual Testing
● Detailed knowledge of cross-browser UI issues
● Ability to clearly communicate innovation and design concepts colleagues
● Strong collaboration skills
● Actively participate in brainstorming, user testing
Your background
● 3+ years experience in Front-End Development
● Strong problem solving abilities
● Background + Degree in Computer Science
● Startup Attitude
● Strong ability to learn
Shine with one of these :
● Experience with e-commerce platforms or projects
● SEO
● Basic experience with design tools, such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Zeplin,
Adobe, etc.
● Having a personal project that you own and deployed
