Job description for Front Office Staff at Isla Indah Lembongan
Isla Indah Retreat (located in Nusa Lembongan; we cannot edit the location on the platform) is looking for a serious, honest and disciplined Front Office Staff with the following skills:
Responsibilities:
• To greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
• To manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and to handle the payments
• To explain the retreat schedule to the guests who stay to join the retreat
• To handle guest inquiries, their complaints or issues and to escalate when necessary
• To take food orders for the restaurant guests
• To take care of the boutique/shop items
• To coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• To process payments using the POS (cashier system)
• To calculate the shop/hotel income daily during the shift closing
• To keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a front office or customer service role (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/cashier system.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required skill: excellent spoken English and communication
• Already located in Bali area
• Must be able to move to Nusa Lembongan
