Job description for Front-end Magento Developer at Glovory
Things you will do daily
- Convert production/design comps to quality HTML/CSS/JavaScript for various enterprise software products
- Follow common web standards and development methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Research and recommend new technology to enhance user experience
- Work closely with our backend developers to ensure the integrity of the UI throughout the development lifecycle
- Perform testing at the page and source for presentation layer defects
- Produce high quality work, detail-oriented, and deadline focused
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to achieve maximum client satisfaction
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of REST API’s, PHP, React and Nodejs
- Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of current UX/UI trends and best practices
- Experience in Cross Browser implementation
- Interested in continually improving website and user experience
- Familiar working with Magento or willing to learn magento
Other things you need to know
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Developer or in a related role
- At least 3 years of experience working in PHP technology
- Having no problem with multitasking works and is easy to switch between projects.
- Proficient in English both oral and written is a must
- Attention to small details person
- Willing to work as a contract or fixed-term employee (PKWT) for one year
