Job description for Front Desk Surabaya at GRATYO® Group
- Bertemu dengan klien & tamu yang datang ke kantor
- Melakukan pemeliharaan dan pembersihan rutin seluruh ruangan kantor (termasuk toilet dan pantry)
- Mengelola proses pemenuhan kebutuhan kantor (ATK, pantry, dll), dari pengajuan, pemesanan sampai pembagiannya
- Membantu pekerjaan Human Capital Officer, di antaranya: proses rekruitmen
- Membantu pekerjaan Finance Officer, di antaranya: pembayaran pengeluaran rutin kantor dan pengecekan inventori
- Membantu pekerjaan Business Development Officer, di antaranya: pengiriman materi promosi & pemasaran
- Maksimal usia 25 tahun
- Minimal SMK/SMA/D3
- Mempunyai pengalaman di bidangnya minimal 1 tahun, lulusan baru dipersilahkan melamar
- Berpenampilan rapi, mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
- Berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan
- Monthly Incentive: Berdasarkan kinerja pribadi
