Job description for Freelance - Customer Support Specialist at PT Global Inovasi Ventura
Requirements:
- Min D3, related technical support field, or equivalent job experience
- Fluent in English in both writing and speaking
- Experience working as Customer Support or similar roles at IT Industry
- Having positive attitude
- Fast learner and adaptive person
- Good analytics and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently as well as a team player
- Able to work remotely but able to work on-site at Yogyakarta office for certain times would be preferable
- Opportunity to be designated as FULL TIME employee if eligible with our requirements
Job Description :
- Being an end-to-end Customer Support, starting from Setup product to Client's environment system
- Assists Clients in understanding the product including training product and user knowledge
- Assists Clients to solve their issues with the product via chat, email, phone and video call
- Manage and follow up issues in ticket management system
- Escalating technical issues to the relevant team if necessary and following up until the issues are closed
- Documenting resolutions to prevent similar issues in the future
- Collaborate with certain teams to ensure product quality
