Job overview
As a Franchise and Business Development Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the team with contracts, invoicing, and deals with new partners. This role is suitable for an energetic, highly motivated, and enthusiastic candidate with knowledge of English, computers, franchising business, and contracts. This is a full-time position requiring work from the office in Kemayoran, Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate reports and coordinate with Finance team to send invoices
- Help the team to prepare invoices and agreements for franchises and schools
- Participate in events for Franchise and Business Development such as EduFair and similar if needed
- Coordinate with other divisions in Koding Next tasks assigned by Franchise and Business Development
Requirements:
- Highly organised person
- Written and spoken English
- Understanding of computer, agreements, and invoicing
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work in the office in Kemayoran, Jakarta
