Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat (diutamakan jurusan Multimedia, DKV, atau sejenis)

Pengalaman sebagai fotografer profesional (pengalaman di industri kreatif/media/agency menjadi nilai tambah)

Mampu mengoperasikan berbagai jenis kamera (DSLR/Mirrorless) dan peralatan pencahayaan studio

Menguasai teknik dasar-lanjutan fotografi: komposisi, lighting, angle, exposure, dan color grading

Mampu melakukan editing foto menggunakan Adobe Lightroom dan Photoshop

Mampu bekerja kolaboratif dalam tim produksi dan komunikatif dengan talent/klien

Melakukan sesi pengambilan foto untuk produk, model, dokumentasi kegiatan, dan kebutuhan lainnya sesuai brief.

Berkomunikasi langsung dengan klien atau talent untuk memberikan arahan pose dan memastikan kenyamanan saat sesi foto.

Menyiapkan dan mengatur pencahayaan, latar belakang, dan properti foto sebelum dan selama sesi pemotretan.

Mengelola, membersihkan, dan merawat peralatan fotografi agar selalu dalam kondisi optimal.

Mengorganisir file hasil foto, melakukan editing, backup, dan menyusun arsip foto secara terstruktur (fisik atau digital).
