Job description for Foreman Produksi at KBB Automotive
Karya Bahana Berlian is looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our team as a Production Foreman (PU Foam).
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control daily PU Foam production activities to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Analyze and solve production process issues to improve productivity and minimize downtime.
- Manage manpower allocation and monitor operator performance.
- Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
- Conduct job observations and support operator skill development.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth production operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 3-5 Years Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, preferably in PU Foam production, will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to motivate, guide, and manage production teams.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
