Job description for Floor Manager Restaurant - Nusa Lembongan at PT Khao Trad Hospitality

Seeking a Floor Manager, required for our restaurant Thai Pantry, located in Nusa Lembongan, Bali.

We are a busy restaurant 60 seats and with the best location on the island with ocean and Mt Agung Views. Kombi Cocktail bar.

The restaurant is part of Playgrounds Wave Lodge, a 6 hotel room lodge.

REQUIREMENTS

Restaurant experience in a busy venue

Be able to lead a team

Experienced leadership skills

Excellent customer service skills

Organized

Admin skills

Quick on the floor, for our busy floor

Be able to work outdoors

This position will report to the Operational Manager

5 working days / 2 days off

1. Playgrounds Wave Lodge Nusa Lembongan

A 6 room hotel waterfront, all rooms with a view of the surf. A short walk to Coconuts Beach and located next door to restaurants, spa.

Surf check from your room and enjoy activities such as surfing, padel, SUP, snorkel, yoga, diving.

2. Thai Pantry Nusa Lembongan

A busy Thai restaurant on the waterfront serving all the usual favourites

3. Asian Pantry Sanur

Our cafe in Sanur at Matahari Terbit open 6am to 6pm and our check in destination for Kai Koa guests and welcoming all other boat guests to Lembongan and Penida

4. Kai Koa is Bali’s fastest passenger boat.

We have 3 daily operation schedules between Sanur and Lembongan, each trip taking only 16 to 20 minutes on average.
