Creative Growth Entertainment is a talent agency & management company focused on digital creators, brand collaborations, and entertainment industry development. We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive individual to join our team as a Finance & Administration Staff.
Job Description
* Manage and record company cash flow transactions (cash in & cash out)
* Prepare monthly financial recap and administrative reports
* Monitor and track talent payment status and project payment flow
* Create invoices, MOU, and other administrative documents
* Follow up outstanding payments to clients/brands professionally
* Organize and maintain financial and administrative documents
* Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment and project administration
* Ensure all financial and administrative processes run accurately and on time
Qualifications
* Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field is preferred
* Minimum 1 year experience in Finance/Admin position is preferred
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines
* Good communication and follow-up skills
* High sense of responsibility and integrity
* Able to work individually and within a team
* Having experience working in agency, creative industry, or talent management will be a plus point
