Job Description and Responsibilities
- Preparation of the periodical financial reports timely and in detail.
- Forecasting and budgeting to manage expenses
- Making quotation, invoice and event report on time for other teams when required.
- Present data-driven such as KPI data to the management and whole teams.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial analysis reports for management
- Have an understanding of the business, able to contribute to the business at a strategic level that requires more than just an understanding of the numbers.
- Finance also requires an understanding of the business as a whole, the ability to provide input to the board of directors and requires various descriptions
- Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position.
- Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel.
- Oversee all audit and internal control operations.
- Develop the corporate fund strategy.
- Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to executives.
- Making faktur pajak and calculating Pph 23 and PPN and all other documents needed for taxation purposes.
- Liaise with tax consultants for periodical and annual reports.
- Ensure adherence to financial laws, standards and guidelines.
- Involved in recruitment of interns and mentoring them. Doing the onboarding and offboarding interns and new employees in team finance.
- Doing procurement for merchandise requirements including dealing with suppliers and designing the merchandise.
- Involved in HR administrative tasks such as reporting BPJS Tenaga Kerja and BPJS Kesehatan including all the works related to that subject.
Requirements:
- Finance, Economics, or related major
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Fresh graduates or have experience as finance officer or similar role for 1-2 years is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated with a desire to learn
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, google sheet
- Have a great interpersonal, organizational, leadership and communication skill
- Extremely detail-oriented;

- Preferably have a knowledge about tax regulations and have experience in making Faktur Pajak and reporting PPN and Pph
