Janio Asia Shared Service Centre (Finance) is responsible for providing a coordinated corporate support function to Headquarters and decentralized offices and their staff, for transactional processes payments to all vendors.

The successful candidate will:
Oversee shared service – Payment Processing
1. Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
2. Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balance.
3. Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
4. Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly report
5. Continuing to improve the payment process
6. Maintaining historical records
Minimum Bachelor in Accounting/Finance.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Must be able to communicate effectively (using both verbal and written English)
Ability to meet tight deadline and work in a dynamic environment
A team player, proactive, good attitude, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to handle a high volume of transactions and a keen eye for detail
Ability to use Microsoft office
Knowledge to use XERO is a plus but not essential
