Job description for Finance & Tax Specialist at YDS - Your Dedicated Solution Corporation

Responsibilities :

  • Create and handle invoicing, filing, billing, petty cash, fund expense and income recapitulation, and credit card
  • Manage and handle tax (such as PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 25, SPT filing)
  • Responsible for all tax calculations, and tax reporting.
  • Always be up to date on financial and tax regulations to give advice to management for all business agreements/decisions.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.

Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Economy or Accounting (Sarjana Ekonomi or Sarjana Akuntansi)
  • Having experience in a Notary Company is preferable
  • Maximum age of 35 years old
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (and/or Mandarin is preferable)
  • Having knowledge of accounting & tax principles and practices.
  • Hold Brevet A & B certification
  • Able to operate accounting software such as ZAHIR
  • Able to multi-task, punctual, detail-oriented, well-organized, and fast response
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, bright, dynamic, and highly motivated
  • Healthy physique and good manners
  • Able to be reached after working hours
  • Able to work for long hours
